can't watch online videos

I have 64 bit vista os.  I update my flash player to 11.1.102.55 before I knew it didn't suport my os. I then have since tried to uninstall it and find an older flash player that supported my os but nothing has worked and I still can not watch any online videos.

    The 32-bit Flash Player 11.1.102.55 supports Vista.

    How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?
