cannot download Fals Player

I have Windows 7 & Office 10 with Internet Explorer & Kaspersky security but despite been told DONE when I down loaded from this Support site and enabled Adobe Shockwave Flash Object in Tools I still cannot open and Check on this site says I haven't got it!   I have had  this problem since purchasing my HP Pavilion with this software so please can anyone help?
