cannot download flash player

I have tried to download the flash player 9 with 3 different browsers and it will not download. I show Java enabled. any help?

    hey i'm having the same problem called computer company they said it was something to do with adobe and there that doesn't let u install on vista if you figure out how 2 fix it let me know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please
