Cannot even begin the installation?!

Hello,

I have a Windows XP using both Internet Explorer 8 and MSN Explorer.

When I click on "Install Adobe Flash Player 10" I am taken to the next screen.  I see the info saying that an information bar should pop up, or to choice to open or save the file should appear.  I don't see either of those things.  No matter how many times I try to press install, I just get foreworded to the next page.  No installation happens, nothing pops up, it just sits there!  WHAT DO I DO??????  Can someone give me a direct link to the file?
