cannot get dowload to work

I have tried to download the latest version of flash player and it gives me a message that my antivirus software will not allow it.

You can get a legitimate copy of Flash Player at:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

If you're unable to install it because a third-party application is preventing it, you'd need to have a conversation with that vendor, or temporarily disable/uninstall the product.
