there is message to "install adobe flash player".

and some video is not playing.

i click to install adobe flash player...

there is message : explorer 11 include adobe flash player, and no need to install adobe flash player.

The standalone uninstaller does not uninstall Flash Player for IE/Edge on Windows 8.1 and above.  It only uninstalls Flash Player NPAPI (for Firefox) and PPAPI (for Opera and Chromium-based browsers).  Something else is causing Flash Player not to load in the browser.  Please see Flash Player Issues | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer  and Adobe Flash Player issues with Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge) .  Also, Flash Player for IE/Edge updates are released by Microsoft via Windows Updates.  The most recent version, 23.0.0.207, was released on November 8.
