Cannot install adobe flash updates.

I have a Mac and could not install updates .  I uninstalled the flash player and tried to reinstall flash player but that didn't work.  Please help.

I tried following instructions but nothing helped.  I could not find my original install download.

    Hi,

    You may try the offline installer. Follow these steps

    1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Mac OS

    2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

    Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI plugin (depending on the browser you are working on).

    3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.
