I cannot create or open portfolios in Acrobat XI, but I can open a single pdf.  I get a message telling me to load the correct Flash, but I have no idea what that is.  When I download the latest it tells me I have it installed already.  Help

    Hi jesse69,

Open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.  Also, check for the updates under the Help menu, if any please install.

If that doesn't help then uninstall Flash player Uninstall Flash Player for Windows  and reinstall it Adobe Reader and Acrobat Flash Player Download for Windows

Restart the system and now try to create portfolio.

    Regards,

Acrobat uses the Flash Player NPAPI plugin (used by Firefox and Safari).  Please go to Adobe Reader and Acrobat Flash Player Download for Windows  to download and install the NPAPI plugin used by Acrobat.
