Cannot play any videos on my computer, windows 10 flash keeps crashing.

I have already submitted a post once before, and received no help whatsoever, so I'm trying one last time.  My computer will not allow me to play any videos at all.  Not just in browsers (and I've tried three now:  Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.) but also the personal ones I have saved on my hard drive. Also, as this problem has gotten worse, I have found Itunes crashing more and more often.  I cannot prove a connection, but I am inclined to believe one is there. I used to be able to play youtube at least, but now I cannot do that.  This problem has been getting steadily worse and I'm really starting to get pissed off about it.  I cannot use my computer for the things I need to be able to do because of this problem, and I feel as if no one has been trying to fix it.

My original fix for it was to do a system restore, and that worked for a while, but now my system just crashes right after again.  I cannot downgrade to windows 8.1 because I am past the month downgrade option.  I have been seriously considering reverting my computer to factory settings, but I don't know that this would fix my problem, and that is a lot of hassle to go through for a solution that may not even work.  I have tried disabling/enabling various plugins in browsers, and I've turned off hardware acceleration, and I've sent too many crash reports to Firefox.

I am running a Lenovo Yoga, on a 64-bit system, Flash 19.0.0.185, currently Firefox 41. If you need any further information, please let me know.  I would really like to get this solved so that I can get done what I need to.
