cannot play O365 videos in IE11 on Windows 7 PCs

Can no longer play O365/Sharepoint videos in IE11 on Windows 7 PCs. They played until recently. The videos are mp4s and Adobe flash is used to play them. Chrome and Firefox play the videos fine.I tried everything i could find without success. Any ideas?

    Added the first line to the mms.cfg and now the video plays. Thank you!
