Cannot print using Firefox or Chrome after installing Flash player update

Question

I am having trouble printing after I installed the latest flash player. I keep getting an error message which says:

Print preview error: An error occurred while printing. In Firefox I can get the preview, but it will not print. In Chrome I cannot even get a preview.

I thought it might be my printer, but after working with HP for about an hour it is not. It prints when I use Internet Explorer.

Can someone help?

To give you any useful advice, I'm going to need to know more about your computer and browser (e.g. operating system and browser versions would be very useful): https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1195540

Also, a link to example content that we can print would be useful. There's a bunch of complexity behind printing and what kind of content is being printed that all come down to how the content was implemented.
