Cannot update flash player

Dear All.

In order to update Flash Player I should access to many servers of  Adobe I think.

But, where I work cannot access internet except our intranet system.

I want to receive update server IP or URL list.
Because I will request our IT to allow Update Flash Player in my PC.

Could you check me that?
