Cannot verify flash on windows xp - firefox

I followed all of the suggestions on:   helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Windows xp service pack 3

Firefox 47

Flash-Player  22.0.0.192 (NPAPI)

It never verifies.

I have tried reloading Flash-Player, refreshing Firefox and much, much more.
