cannot work with 10.2 version

my n.book asus u45jc win7 64bit,just update to 10.2.152.26,no prblm.for d.load and install.After finish install can't open any web containing flash player.I use IE9,i tried already without antivirus,still can't work.I finally uninstall this version,then re install 10.1 version from adobe archieve,it works again like before.Is there anything i can do to be able to work with 10.2 version?

    What means "can't"; what happens - nothing, an error message, a blank page, what?

    Can you see the Flash animation at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ ?

    thank you for the attention,what i mean is,with the 10.2 version,there always a message showing something like: webpage error,should be closed,retry,after 2 times retry the web page closed

    sorry,what i mean with closed is something like no internet connnection,but if the web does not contain flash is ok
