cant enable flash player in chrome windows 10

when i go to settinngs and get to manage exceptions the instructions say to enter " website domain "

i dont know what that is ?

That worked just wonder why it didnt do it automatically like I can see it has done for other sites ?

I don't know why it didn't add it automatically. Since this is a Chrome feature, Google would be a more appropriate source to answer the question.
