Cant enable flash player in Chromium

Windows 64-bit , Windows 8.1

I got the latest Flash player version.

I was gonna watch a video and it told me i needed Adobe flash player. So i went and downloaded it and after it was done it said "restart Chromium". So i did and when i tried again it just said the same. So i went to chrome / plugins to enable my flash player plugin but it isnt there. I currently got 3 plugins and none of them is a flash player plugin. How can i enable flash player? Cause if it isnt shown as a plugin i cant enable it and i have downloaded it several times.
