Cant install flash player

Hi,

Sometimes, even though IE has been closed, a Flash Player process, beginning with FlashUtil, remains active for a few moments.  To terminate this process do the following:

1. Launch Task Manager
2. Select to Show processes from all users
3. Look for a process name beginning with FlashUtil
4. Right-click on the process name and select End Process
5. Close Task Manager
6. Proceed with Flash Player installation

Note that Flash Player no longer requires IE to be closed when upgrading Flash Player.  If you're being prompted to close IE it appears you are re-installing a version that is already installed.
