When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    -Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

    Getting Flash Player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

If you want the latest Flash Player, you will have to use a non-Microsoft browser

nobody can start a thread if they are new I guess.

A camtasia video needs to have flash to play and I've uninstalled and reinstalled flash several times

the top one is what I open to view that "video"
