Cant sign in for Adobe Flashplayer

Question

I am trying to sign in to Adobe for Flashplayer download, and it does not recognise my password even though I only changed it a few days ago, I don't know whether it is because I have a different email address than i had some years ago.  That email address no longer receives. However I seemed to be able to change my password, but now can't sign in, where do I go from here?

Moving to Installing Flash Player​Hi Lindap80922880,This is a computer message, just in case you are installing Adobe Flash Player on a Mac machine, it needs your Mac password to allow the installation, hence please enter your computer/mac password here.
