cant update flash player

ive searched everywhere so this is my last resort. i have vista 32 bit version IE 9 and i keep getting the message update flash player, but when i click to update all i get is save or cancel theres no run option. but when i click on save it wont let me do that

i did that but then I get a message saying I need to update and I get what I posted in my first post.

What files do you have in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash ? You can post a screenshot of that if you want: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933
