Central and vertical thin red line on screen when viewing videos

This vertical red line is occurring every time before and after expanding the video to full screen size.   Can someone please help me to  rectify this ?

    I am pleased to say that I've now managed to resolve the problem.  It was caused by a corrupt AMD video driver and not Adobe Flash Player, version 22.0.0.192 at all!    Many thanks for the help afforded me by this forum.
