Certificate submission issue

I was asked to submit a tutorial quiz completion certificate to my professor, however, when I follow the instructions I was provided for using Adobe Flash Player, it doesn't work. The instructions say to right click on the certificate, but when I do that it sends me to the Adobe homepage and lists the current version of Flash player installed on my laptop. What can I do to correct this issue?
