change concurrent connection in flash player

hi i use a loadbalanced network and my speed depends on connection number to server and if i want to watch a 4k video i need to increase max concurrent connection in flash player i google it and find noting please tell me any way to change maximum connection,before i change it in browser and not affect flash content

    There are no user-facing options that would allow you to change this behavior.  In most cases, we're simply asking the browser to make network requests on our behalf.  Decisions about how many connections to allow are typically out of our sphere of control.
