Change in EOL date of Flash Player

Hi There, 

Is the EOL date for Flash player is 31 December 2020 or has it changed due to Covid-19.

    HI, when you say  
    "End users will be prompted on their machines to uninstall Adobe Flash Player later this year" How will it work? Is there any update that checks it or the system will check computer date?
