Choosing the best solution for real-time broadcasting

Question

I would like to make a real-time broadcasting application using rtmp.

However, the flash player will stop in 2020.

Is it related to rtmp?

Should I make it with other protocols?

End users are going to experience increasing amounts of friction when running Flash Player moving forward.

You would be much better served by researching and choosing appropriate technologies suited for the Web Platform (i.e. native browser-based video support), which meet your specific requirements.
