Choppy video in Chrome/Firefox with Adobe 11.9

Hi,

I just started having a problem watching videos in Chrome (Version 31.0.1650.63) and Firefox (Version 26.0). The sound is very choppy. I'm not sure, but it may be an issue with a recent Flash update that I did. After searching online about a cause for the choppy sound, all fingers point to a problem with Adobe Flash, hence my post here.

The latest version may help with this. 11.9.900.170 is now a step back.
