CHROME HELP IMMEDIATELY

I had downloaded a new type of chromium browser for work and I NEED flash player to do absolutely anything. I have contacted mac and they told me to contact adobe. I try to go onto my website for work and it says I need adobe flash player but I already have it downloaded and directs me to a useless link. I googled how to enable flash player on chromium and you type in the chrome://plugins thing but the adobe flash player selection is not even there. I even followed screen shotted directions. I need help IMMEDIATELY.
