Chrome images have a play button over them and won't display automatically?

Hello all,

I just started noticing that all of my flash images on chrome now has a play button over them, and won't display automatically like they used to. I now have to click the play button for it to display, and it gets abit annoying if there are alot of images in one page. Are there any solutions for this? Any help would be appreciated.
