On Windows 10,

Using Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 m

Flash 20

When I go to a website that uses flash, every time I get The "A Plugin (Shockwave Flash) is not responding" error.

Even when i restart this happens.

How do I fix it?

I only have 1 file.

Please go to the page Flash Player Help , and click on check now button ans share the information that what is the Flash Player version it shows.

Please share the flash URL which crashes.

Do you realise that the Flash Payer Help URL provided, crashes shockwave as well ? It's not an effective troubleshooting tool. Is there another way to diagnose the issue ?

This is almost certainly a graphics driver problem.

Please work through the video troubleshooting guide. In particular, see the part about disabling hardware acceleration.
