" Adobe will block Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021", a quote from the Flash Player EOL. Let just say theres an app that runs using the adobe flash player, will the content of that app be blocked/ (wont work?) or no?

Flash Player was EOL as of Jan 1.  It is already unsupported and no longer available for download.  Existing copies of Flash Player will stop loading content on Jan 12th (we wanted to give the system administrators of the world time to get back from winter vacations and make any necessary adjustments to their environments).

If you're wondering about whether something will or won't work, it's super easy to just set your clock

forward to Jan 13 and see what happens.

More importantly, most of the browsers are removing support for browser plug-ins in tandem with the end of Flash, so you're going to be hard-pressed to find a browser that will continue to run Flash in the near future.
