Closing chrome for installation

Question

Hi,Whenever I try to download flash player it says I need to close Chrome. When I do it keeps repeating the message and won't continue the installation even through Chrome is closed. Thanks in advance for your help.

It's possible some Chrome process is still open. View Task Manager (Windows), or Activity Monitor (Mac) to see if there is a Chrome process, if so, terminate it.
