Cnn video audio still on and off

Hi, Cnn videos still have those pesky interruptions, right clicking on the  video player doesn't show  "global setting"

I set "Firefox will:" to "Use custom settings for history", here the "global settings" are mentioned:

mac bookair High sierra 10.13.6 FF 63.0.1 (shows up to date)

Flash player up to date, it's sort of like "rebuffering" on ITunes podcasts, not everybody is convinced is the internet, and besides my internet doesn't have any problem

in the daytime. Videos  slightly better on safari. Thanks
