Hi! I'm working on commercial winforms software and want to use Adobe ActiveX control for showing swf files. I planning to do three steps due my software installation process. 1) Silently init AxShockwaveFlash and if ok - continue installation. 2) If not ok - silently register ocx component with regsvr32.exe and if ok - continue installation. 3) If not ok - silently install adobe flash player from deployment directory. Anyway in my installing wizard will be screen with adobe license agreement. Is this way legal?

Basically you are distributing Flash Player, which means you need a distribution license with Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/products/players/flash-player-distribution.html
