Continually receiving this error when attempting to upgrade. I've tried everything on the help page. I've tried over and over again several times over several days.

Any help appreciated!

Hi Clare,

Where you ever able to intall Flash Player? I am receiving the same error message and nothing is helping.

Sorry for the delay. I am still unable to download Adobe Flash Player. I have Windows Explorer 9 and nothing seems to be helping. Any help is much appreciated.
