Crash when swiching Between Streams

I have scanned For Evything I know Of....I have Uninstalled  and Restarted Reinstalled....and still while I used to have 2 streams Running on 2 different websites, on 2 Different MOnitors...Suddenly I cannot chat in BOth Because If I go to One and then the Other I have a Flash Crash, without an Error Report option....Please Help...
