crashing error

sir/madam i want to know that when i play video my falsh player closer or stop working. at some websites like [link removed] and sir also carshing on youtube [link removed] or some other video places. sir what will do that my falsh player doesn't crash. Please reply as soon as possible. its goes irritate me
