Customers reporting an adobe flash error when loading our site.

Hi,

Recently, we've had quite a few customers reporting a flash error of sorts when they visit our site. We are an air conditioning company and I can't figure if my wordpress theme is doing something with flash or where the problem is. It does not show with all visitors. But we had enough complaints to know its affecting us.

can anyone suggest how i might look and hopefully find the error? our site is [removed]

Should I just get a freelancer to look into this?
