WINDOWS VISTA,32, I AM USING INTERNET EXPLORER. SINCE MY LAST COMMENT IT HAS CRASHED TWICE THE LAST TIME IT TOOK ME ABOUT FOUR HOURS TO GET A NEW ONE INSTALLED. IT WOULD SOMETHING LIKE THAT IT DIDN.T DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILE,FRAGMENTD FILE?? I CAN'T REMEMBER,SORRY,BUT,I  DON'T KNOW COMPUTER STUFF.THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP.I USED RESTORE,OOOPS,NOW IT SAYS DATA FILES ARE MISSING,REINSTALL?? .WHAT,HOW DO I REINSTALL DATA ? I DON'T KNOW.I GIVE UP TOTALLY. TY,GOD BLESS, MARY ANN

Yes, the easiest would be if you reinstall Flash Player.
