Dear Adobe: Flash Player & Co.

Dear Adobe: I got a blog http://lustige-apotheke.blogspot.de and i like to get also some selfmade videos of some products on it. What happens if visitors dont got the newest version of the flash player. Is there any option they can get it instant of my site? Because they should not think it´s a fake, virus etc. Please answer me. Best regards Meisner
