Dear friends: I used Windows 7 for some years and recently changed to Windows 10.  I like to use Mozilla Firefox to work with my Home Broker of Guide Investments.  Formerly it worked very well but after I started using  Windows 10 I got a bug.  When I enter the home broker I get a message telling "your adobe flash player has blocked. Recharge it to solve this problem".  But when I recharge I get the same message again and again.  And there is a weird fact: when I use the Home Broker with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome no problem occurs.  Is there someone in the Forum able to help me to fix this problem? Thanks to all.  Samuel Brener. sbrener@globo.com.

Try going here: Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

Then SCROLL down to the bottom of the page and where it says 'still having problems'

Click on the link that says flash player for Firefox and download it.

    Close ALL your web browsers!

    Run the file you downloaded.

Hopefully it will be that simple

    Best Regards
