Deleting the Adobe Flash Update service post Flash Player install along with the Adobe Flash Player Updater scheduled Task?

Will deleting this service cause any issues?

I created a PowerShell script that deletes the service and the scheduled task, because I dont want it running every hour.

Will this cause any issues with Flash later?

I have a script that does all that as well as grabs the latest flash from Adobe, so I can answer that it will not cause any issues. I have been doing that for months, both on a domain machine and a home machine. i have a desktop app that does it all.
