    Hi,

    Please provide the following information:

    • Operating system version
    • Web browser and version
    • Flash Player version
    • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem

    Thank you.

OS X Yosemite, Flash 21.0.0, Safari v9.1 Message actually says Flash is out of date.

The version number is missing a section, it should be something like 21.0.0.182 or 21.0.0.197.  Is it not showing the final set of numbers?  Can you please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum)

If the message states Flash is out of date, please go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer (using Safari) to download, and install, the latest version.  Apple sometimes configures Safari to block old versions of Flash Player.  We have no control of when, or how they decide, to do this.
