Deploying flash 8 via GPO

I am trying to get flash installed to my client workstations via GPO and it is not working. I assigned install_flash_player_active_x.msi to the computer policy in GPMC for a test OU and when the the computer reboots I see it attempting to install Flash 8 for about 3 seconds and then it is done. I then log in and test to see if it was installed and confirm that it was not. What am I missing?

    Try checking the event viewer for a more detailed explanation as to why the installation failed.

    I got it to work. It was something on the computer that I was testing it on. When I tried it on other computers it worked like a charm. I did check the event viewer and it showed that it was installed but it really wasn't installing. Hmm.
