Desinstallation Flash player

Bonjour,

Je suis sur Mac El Capitan, je ne peux pas installer Flash Player 2,5 l'installation me dit désinstaller d'abord votre Flash pour pouvoir exécuter une nouvelle installation, le problème et que je n'est pas Flash installer sur mon mac, enfin je pense car je ne le voie pas dans Applications, même avec CleamMyMac 3 il n'apparait pas, je ne comprends pas ou il peux ce trouver dans mon Mac.

    Hi,

    Go to system preferences. Do you see flash player in the list?

    If yes, got to flash player -> updates. Please mention the installed versions.

    If not,

    1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Mac OS

    2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

    Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI plugin.

    3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.

    Bonjour,

    Merci infiniment, ça fonctionne maintenant il devait y avoir un fichier caché quelque part j'ai donc télécharger le programme de désinstallation, ensuite j'ai réinstallé la nouvelle version et tout fonctionne à merveille je vous remercie énormément.
