Desktop Flash Player Issues

Installed a Flash Player on my Desktop on so I can play games I downloaded in case of blackout or something, downloaded a few games, some work, some don't. The games I downloaded all say they work with Flash, and they actually worked on my computer a few weeks ago, not quite sure what the hell I did. Kind of hoping someone here can help me.
