I have unstalled Flash Player. Restarted computer, then run the Flash Player Install. When done, dialogue box tells me Flash Player is installed - however, it is not. Running MAC OS 10.6.8, Safari 5.1.7, trying to install Flash Player11.5.502.135. I need to know what to do, as I can not access bank statements, etc.

What do you see in the following folder: Library > Internet Plug-ins
Do you see any Flash Player related files in it?

After a successful installation, enable Flash Player in your browser: Go to Safari > Preferences and then select Enable Plug-ins and Enable JavaScript.
