Did anyone get a recent update?

I got a update from adobe today april 27 2013 but when i checked their website, it seems their most recent download for anything is listed on april 2 2013 should i install it or is it a virus? Note: I didn't click any fake adobe ads or anything, the update was there when i started my computer as usual.
