didn't get an email yet for Adobe flash msi

Question

Hi I've submitted a request and i've waited the 3 business days but have not received a link to download the msi for the latest adobe flash, i need it for both ie and chrome please.

I've checked spam and junk and still have not received anything.

Please assist or resend the email.

helpd79031967​,Thank you for confirming. We are currently receiving a very high number of licensing requests. The vast majority are processed successfully however, a small percentage are experiencing issues. These are the people that are posting to the forums and the team is processing the inquiries daily.--Maria

Hi,I have notified the licensing team to resend the email. The email will have a PDF attachment. Please ensure your spam filters, firewall rules, anti-virus, etc do not block the email. If you don't receive the email with 2-3 business days, please don't apply again. Post back here and we'll follow-up with the licensing team. Also post back here if you do receive the email.--Maria
