Disabling Hardware Acceleration Globally

Question

Just curious if anyone knows how to disable hardware acceleration system wide on Mac OS X 10.7.3? We have graphics issues on about 150 of 300 iMacs where it distorts and takes the entire machine down. After a few weeks of troubleshooting we were able to nail down that it is flash hardware acceleration that is causing the issue. Now we have to apply that setting to all 150+ computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think there is such an option, at least on Windows there isn't (it must be set manually for every user on the system).

However, there really should be such an option, e.g. in the mms.cfg file.

It would be great if you could issue a feature request for this at https://bugbase.adobe.com/
