To all the technicians and all the boffs: PLEASE HELP ME, THIS IS MY 4th or 5th ATTEMPT AT THE SAME PROBLEM!!!

First of all I am using Windows XP Home Edition SP2. I have IE 7 installed and have updated to flashplayer 9 from the adobe website and tried all their hints and tips like resintalling etc but no success! I have not installed any new software that may cause this either.

My problem is flashplayer. As we all know, a lot of sites use flash content on their sites and I mean A LOT like over 90% maybe. Im saying this because you cant imagine how annoying it is to go to a website and basically seeing nothing or just text and picture based webpages.

The problem is that when I go to a site that uses flash, the information appears for a split second and then disappears. Lets use youtube.com for an example. When you click on a video to watch, to the left you get this player in which the visual appears and underneath u have the controls like play and stop etc. Well, that WHOLE player is all "flash" and on my computer I will see that for a second or two at the most and then it will disappear. In the end, the whole page shifts upwards as if nothing was there and all I get is the audio from that video clip. This sounds like a small problem but try and imagine this in large scale lol where nearly every site does the same and for those sites which completely flash orientated, you will see NOTHING!

Hopefully I have included all the information needed and it is sufficient for possible solutions.

I'm using firefox, so this may not be applicable, but I solved this problem by turning off the adblock plugin. You may try disabling popup blockers, etc. one by one.
